  • Beneficiary will receive proceeds of the transfer after any deduction are made by the paying institution. In the event the remitter wishes to ensure that the beneficiary receives the full value of the remittance, the remitter is required to inform prior to the remittance and he/she should bear these costs.
  • In the event an amount remitted is not paid due to incorrect details supplied by the remitter, any charges arising out of subsequent communications between Delma Exchange and the beneficiary’s bank should be borne by the remitter.
  • Should a Remittance or Draft be returned unpaid for any reason, Delma Exchange will reimburse the remitter the value of the transfer/draft in the currency of deposit applying the buying rate of Delma Exchange and deducting applicable charges arising due to such return, applicable on the day the reimbursement is collected from Delma Exchange.
  • Delma Exchange will not hold itself liable or responsible for Any remittance not paid on account of transmission error.
  • Foreign Currencies and/or Travellers cheques sold over the counter or Delma Exchange may be repurchase by Delma Exchange at their buying rate of that day and subject to Delma Exchange being satisfied with the genuineness of the transcation.
  • All customers are requested to ensure that they obtain an official receipt duly validated by Delma Exchange for every transcation and it is the customer’s responsiblity to check the accuracy of the details pertaining to the transcation prior to leaving the office of Delma Exchange.
