COVID-19 Update - Our Pro-Active Approach

Payments 

At present, all payments will be processed as usual without any changes.

Our business continuity plan allows all our teams including settlements to operate remotely. We have already tested these systems in readiness if there are further government directives.

We request all clients to make their payments promptly and on time to avoid any delays.

 

Meetings

It is essential to maintain social distancing to ensure that the possibility of a spread is kept to a minimum. Therefore, we have canceled all non-essential internal and external meetings.

 

Our Branches

All branches are being regularly sterilized to ensure a safe environment for both customers and employees. We ensure all our staff are equipped with the proper safety tools and instructions.

Any changes to operational hours of our branches will be immediately updated on our social media platforms along with notifications for all passer-by at our branches.
